Tom Edmunds joined the Bourne End office as a consultant in 2016. He holds a Master of Planning (MPlan) degree from the University of Liverpool and is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Tom has ten years of planning consultancy experience, and prior to joining Walsingham Planning has previously worked in the London planning teams at Savills, and at Bilfinger GVA.
His career has previously involved a geographical focus on development in central London, and his private sector consultancy experience is wide-ranging.
It includes residential, office, hotels, retail, and food & drink, and with project experience including new build development, redevelopment, conversions, and heritage and conservation projects; he has been involved in a wide range of scales of projects ranging from householder applications to large scale development projects. His experience includes preparing planning appraisals, planning appeals, instructing counsel, and making representations on development plans.
Away from the office Tom can be found walking or jogging (albeit slowly!) around the Chilterns or North Wessex Downs, playing badminton, and gardening.
